Cache is King
A multi-grained saison brewed with rye, wheat, oats. In addition to the complex grain bill, this beer is lightly spiced with pink peppercorns, kaffir lime leaves and grains of paradise. A slight hint of acidity brings out the earthy tones of this traditional farmhouse ale. Lemongrass, citrus and pepper dominate the flavor profile while still allowing the yeast-forward nature of this beer to shine. Finishes dry and easy on the palate without being bitter.
White ale with coriander and orange peel.
